David - Head Coach

I come from a competitive swimming background and I have been have been teaching the sport since the age of 16!...

No matter your age, level or capability, I will get you wherever you want to be... I know what I am doing and I won’t let you down!…

If you live, work or can get into Central London, then we’ll look forward to hearing from you and showing you what we can do.

Brenda

From the age of 11years old, I have been involved in the world of fitness… I spent most of my younger years running competitively and in the early 90s started my career in Health & Fitness Management.

After 35 wonderful years, helping people of all ages achieve their fitness goals, I started working at the YMCA, teaching Exercise classes and carrying out Tuina Deep Tissue Massage to all.

I still remember my first day at the YMCA when I walked onto the poolside to help the lifeguards and the swimming lessons were being taught by the DMT Swimming team. I spent the next few months with the team and this made me realise that teaching swimming was what I wanted to do.

In 2021 I qualified as a Swimming Teacher and now teach Adults, children, and babies how to swim and keep fit in the water. Being able to give everyone the skills to improve their ability in water is so rewarding, especially when they have a big smile on their faces!

Magda

I have been a trained Physiotherapist and Swimming Coach for over 20 years!

Working with clients with different needs is always a challenge and I’m always looking forward to it.

For me, teaching swimming is not only a profession but also a way in which I can help people meet their goals, whether that’s improving their fitness, their well-being or just helping them to feel good!

The smile I see on the client at the end of the lesson is the best feeling and the main reason why I love what I do!
