HOW THEY WORK
Buying a bundle, or opting for a monthly subscription, is the best way to get yourself into sessions regularly, whilst saving money in the process.
Using our booking platform, we require that you book into each session you wish to attend with your available credits. This allows you to see how many sessions you’ve been to, and how many more credits you can use. All bundles are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
As with one-off bookings, the cancellation window of 12 hours prior to the start of a session will apply to each booking you make, so make sure you amend the booking as soon as you know you’re unable to attend.

Adult SwimFit Class - 7 Sessions for £70 (You save £35)
1-1 Adult or Child Coaching - 7 Sessions for £330 (You save £55)
1-1 Adult or Child Coaching - 15 Sessions for £660 (You save £165)
2-1 Adult or Child Coaching - 7 Sessions for £390 (You save £65)
2-1 Adult or Child Coaching - 15 Sessions for £780 (You save £195)
USING YOUR CREDITS
Once you’ve purchased your subscription or bundle, you’re ready to start booking the sessions you want to attend on our easy-to-use platform. This step-by-step tutorial covers the process of booking using your credits:
STEP ONE:
Check your inbox, you should have received an order receipt for your bundle or subscription purchase.
Within the email you will find a ‘Certificate Code’, which is a unique number allocated to your purchase, an ‘Expires’ date of your bundle or subscription, and a ‘Schedule’ link.
You can use this link every time you want to book into a session, so keep the receipt safe in your inbox for future reference.
STEP TWO:
Once you’ve clicked the ‘Schedule’ link, you’ll be taken to our booking platform, where you’ll notice that your ‘Certificate Code’ has already been applied. It’s essential this is visible, so any sessions you are eligible to book are not chargeable.
Click ‘SELECT’ next to ‘One-Off Sessions’ to begin choosing the session dates you wish to attend.
STEP THREE:
You will now see the session types you have available to book, depending on how many bundles or subscriptions you have active. The one-off cost is waived.
Directly below you can choose the dates and times that have sessions with available spots.
STEP FOUR:
When you’ve chosen a date and time, you have three options available; to book the session as a one-off, to select more sessions along with the chosen session to book together, or to schedule a specific day and time as a recurring booking.
STEP FIVE:
With the selection you wish to book, you will see a summary of the session type and quantity selected.
Your information will be present below, so please check this is still accurate and then click ‘CONTINUE TO PAYMENT’.
Remember, you’re technically paying with your credits.
STEP SIX:
The ‘Payment Information’ area will be greyed-out, as you don’t need to enter any payment information.
Double-check you are happy with the sessions you have selected to book, and then click ‘CONFIRM’.
STEP SEVEN:
You’ve now successfully booked your selected sessions. You will receive a confirmation email with the chosen session details, and a link to cancel or amend your booking.
CHECKING YOUR BALANCE
Once you’ve started using your bundle or subscription, you may want to check how many session credits you’ve used, and how many are remaining to use for future bookings. This step-by-step tutorial covers the process of checking your balance:
STEP ONE:
Check your inbox, you should have received an order receipt for your bundle or subscription purchase.
Within the email you will find a ‘Certificate Code’, which is a unique number allocated to your purchase, an ‘Expires’ date of your bundle or subscription, and a ‘Schedule’ link.
You can use this link every time you want to check your balance so keep the receipt safe in your inbox for future reference.
STEP TWO:
Once you’ve clicked the ‘Schedule’ link, you’ll be taken to our booking platform.
Click the ‘CHECK CODE BALANCE’ link at the bottom of the page.
STEP THREE:
A pop-up window will appear, and you can check your session balance either with your ‘Certificate Code’, or with the email address you used to purchase your subscription or bundle. If you check my email, you will be able to see your balance for all valid bundles or subscriptions you’ve purchased.
Enter either your code or email address, and then click ‘CONFIRM’.
STEP FOUR:
If you chose to see your balance by email, check your inbox to see a balance statement.
If you chose to see your balance by code, details of your remaining credits will be listed within the pop-up.
