There is no other sport that allows all of this, yet has no negative impact on your joints, and is accessible to everyone at any age and stage of life.

A note from our founder, David Tatler
I started DMT Swimming in 2012, with years of coaching experience and a desire to share the absolute joys of swimming with as many people as possible. It’s been a blast; starting as a one-man band, and building to a team of passionate, empathetic coaches that we are today. I’m always excited to welcome a new face into the pool, and help them to achieve total freedom in the water.
